About the Author

Jeff Russ is software developer from the New York metropolitan area. He is a graduate of Computer Science at Thomas Edison University and Music Performace at Rutgers University's Mason Gross School of the Arts. His interests in music and sound design have informed his work in computer science and vise versa. He has worked on an array of open-source projects including a VSTi/AUi audio plugin emulating the AdLib FM synthesis soundcard, providing a port for macOS, and most recently he is focused on web app development in the Node.js echosystem, including React and Next.js.
